Moldtec is a family owned machine shop that started in a small town in Roselle Illinois. My father Jerry Raucci was a highly skilled machinist that in the late 60`s started Belmont Mold and Die. Jerry started building plastic injected molds and machined parts in his basement in Chicago Illinois. In the early 70`s he rented a storefront on Cicero Ave. It was at this time Jerry started teaching his sons the trade. He moved his shop to the western suburbs into a larger facility in 1976.
